Pastoral Care

The purpose of our pastoral care is to partner in the Holy Spirit's work of healing, sustaining, guiding, reconciling and nurturing wholeness. We believe that God's mercy moves Him to relieve and restore broken bodies, minds, hearts and relationships. It also makes us sensitive to others' pain and gives us desire to alleviate it and promote wholeness in Christ.

We offer pastoral care in a variety of ways at CPC. Click here to download a detailed pastoral care brochure. If you would like to receive pastoral care in any of these forms, please either 1) contact the church office 2) fill out a care card in the pew racks and drop it in an offering basket or the prayer box at the Welcome Centre or 3) send an email, in confidence, to one of the addresses below.

• Life Groups: providing holistic pastoral care for one another in the context of life groups.
• Prayer Chain: providing intercessory prayer on behalf of those in need.
• Caring Group: providing practical acts of service.
